Where we ship

We ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any address outside the United States.

Shipping cost

Free shipping to the contiguous United States on Monarch Mobility items. The shipping cost for your order, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Monarch Mobility items ship from US warehouses:

• Processing: 1–2 business days.
• Transit: 3–7 business days after the order ships.

Most Monarch orders arrive within 4–9 business days of being placed.

All other items are shipped by our partner suppliers and may ship from warehouses outside the United States. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days. The shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Where your order ships from

Comfort Mobility Pros is an online-only retailer. Orders are shipped directly to you from our suppliers' warehouses. If your order contains more than one item, items may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking information. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us.

Damaged or missing shipments

Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If the package or item is damaged, or a package is missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Damaged, defective, and wrong items are covered by us, including shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy.
