Terms of service

1. Who we are

This website, comfortmobilitypros.com (the "Site"), is operated by Comfort Mobility Pros LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Comfort Mobility Pros," "we," "us," or "our"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. 2. Agreement to these terms

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they reference, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Medical disclaimer

The products and information on this Site are not medical advice. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, guides, and answers from our support team, is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. Consult a qualified professional before choosing or using a mobility product, especially if you have a medical condition, limited strength, balance, or vision, or questions about whether a product is safe and suitable for you.

4. Safe use of products

You are responsible for reading and following the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and specifications for every product, including weight capacity, battery charging and care, and recommended operating conditions. Do not use a product beyond its stated limits or in a way the manufacturer does not recommend.

5. Products, pricing, and availability

  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
  • We try to describe products accurately. Product images and specifications are provided by the manufacturer or supplier; colors and minor details may vary.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any order for that product and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.
  • We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. Customers pay us directly at checkout.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable, the shipping address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud); if we do, we refund any amount charged. Applicable sales tax and the total cost of your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through our e-commerce platform; we do not store full card numbers.

7. Shipping and returns

We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only. Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any, under the manufacturer's terms. We help you make warranty claims: contact us and we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf. Except for the manufacturer's warranty and any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law, products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfort Mobility Pros LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms, or any product purchased through the Site, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comfort Mobility Pros LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of a product or the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Site content, including text and graphics, is owned by us or used with permission from our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the effective date shown above. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases.
